Skylands Cycling U19 Bike Racing Program

The date for the clinic with Mike Fraysse will be Thursday, December 29, from 9:00 a.m. till 3:00. Bring your bike, road or cross, if you have one, and your winter riding clothes. Bring a set of indoor clothes as well, and a towel. Mike's place in Glen Spey, NY is about 45 minutes from Sussex, over an hour from Vernon or Sparta. I'll be leaving from the Sussex Bike Shop at eight if anyone needs a ride or wants to follow me. There's no charge for U 19 club members. To get there, take Rt. 23 to its end in Port Jervis, turn left on Rt 6 and follow the directions at MikeFraysseSports.com.
