Spring is here, believe it or not! The ATS has started and thanks to a new group of organizers, went off with minimal issues. Unfortunately the weather is not cooperating and we had to cancel the second race but…… Spring is here!
The ATS has been the season starter and there are many rides and races being planned. This weekend is the Cycling Clinic with Joe Saling, there are a few places left, if you haven't signed up yet.
The Police Unity Tour immediately followed by a Club General meeting, is at Sheridan's on April 6, so come out for a great cause and also to make your voices heard.
The High Point Hill Climb is scheduled for Saturday 4/26 and Gerry & Gary are busy organizing and obtaining the required permits.
This will be the 10th anniversary of the Giro del Cielo on 6/21 & 22 and there are a number of changes that are planned to make it the best one yet and also the premiere stage race in NJ (Ok, it's the only one).
Please feel free to let me or anyone on the board know what you would like to see from your club. One last thing— Drivers aren't accustomed to seeing us on the road yet, so be careful out there. Although we have as much rights as they do, being considerate and obeying the Rules of the Road, go a long way to achieving respect.
